Flex Pro is a device developed by Chinese company Movcam with an aim to achieve complex and dynamic camera movements that would otherwise be difficult or impossible with a standard gimbal setup.
It’s designed for use with DJI RS-series gimbals, such as the RS 2, RS3 Pro and RS 4 or with Ronin 4D including Flex extension. This system enables filmmakers to achieve complex and dynamic camera movements that would otherwise be difficult or impossible with a standard gimbal setup.

- Motorization: The extension mechanism is powered by a brushless motor, ensuring smooth and reliable operation.
- Control Interface: Equipped with a handle featuring a speed adjustment knob, allowing operators to control the extension speed up to 0.70 meters per second.
- Weight: The system weighs approximately 5.5 kg (12.12 pounds), excluding counterweights and power supply.
- Payload Capacity: Designed to support a maximum load of 5.5 kg (12.12 pounds), accommodating various camera setups.
- Compatibility: Integrates seamlessly with DJI Ronin 4D, RS3 Pro, and other small digital cinema cameras.
- Mounting Options: Versatile mounting capabilities allow attachment to tripods, EasyRig, Steadicam, dollies, sliders, C-stands.
- Dynamic Balancing: Features dynamic sliding counterweights to maintain balance during extension, enhancing stability and control.
- Power: Uses up to 2pcs of V-mount batteries. Power out in front is a 2pin Lemo for powering gimbal, accessories and camera up to ~4Amp output.
