Shipping Terms

The flat rate shipping prices you get during the order are for packages up to 5kg (max 50x40x30cm in dimension).
For bulky, big and heavy packages or delivery to very remote unsual addresses, that price might be modified during order confirmation, about which you will be notified separately.

Order and Shipping Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed, it will include your order number and shipping method selected. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you.

Orders can take up to 3 business days to be processed and shipped, in extreme situations when we are not able to ship your order in 3 days, you will be contacted by email.

About items which are not in stock or which are backordered, you will get an email from us about estimated shipping time, so you can decide if you want to wait or cancel the order.
Some special, heavy or bulky items require special handling and their delivery could be delayed compared to the normal delivery time, with prior notice from us.

Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

In case you need priority shipping with short dispatch time, don’t hesitate to contact us before or after your order, we will try to find a solution to get your item in time.

Where We Ship

We currently ship from Budapest, Hungary to almost any country in the world. We ship with Packeta, UPS express and Fedex to almost any place in the world, but also other options are possible for international shipping if needed.

For big heavy and bulky items, we can organize other ways of affordable transportation too.

Shipping Costs

Europe – Packeta EU (2-5 days)

• Packeta Shipping: 2 to 5 days transit. Please note that order processing may take up to 3 business days after the order is placed for standard shipping.
• Priority: 1-3 days transit. Please contact us if you need the item as priority, we will try to process it in 1 business day, and send it with the fastest solution. The cost might be recalculated.
• Remote address: Sometimes the delivery company charges more than a normal rate if the address is in a remote place( ex. far away from a big city, island…), in this case additional costs will be charged and you will be contacted by email during the order processing.

Europe – UPS/Fedex (2-3 days)

• UPS/Fedex economy Shipping: 2 to 3 days transit. Please note that order processing may take up to 3 business days after the order is placed for standard shipping.
• Priority: 1-3 days transit. Please contact us if you need the item as priority, we will try to process it in 1 business day, and send it with the fastest solution. The cost might be recalculated.

U.S. , UK, Ireland and Canada – UPS/Fedex economy (3-7 days)

• Priority: 2-3 days transit. Please contact us if you need the item as priority, we will try to process it in 1 business day, and send it with the fastest solution. The cost might be recalculated.

Worldwide – UPS/Fedex economy (2-7 days)

• UPS/Fedex Shipping: 2 to 7 days transit. Please note that order processing may take up to 3 business days after the order is placed for standard shipping.
• Priority: 2-5 days transit. Please contact us if you need the item as priority, we will try to process it in 1 business day, and send it with the fastest solution. The cost might be recalculated.

• Exception: There are some countries where this option is not possible, but you will be informed about that by email.

Taxes

Please make sure that additional customs fees can be applicable in case you order from outside the EU.
