Ronin 2 dovetail sliding plate for Arri Alexa 35 cameras allow you to simply mount the Alexa 35 onto a Ronin 2 gimbal. What is more it allows to mount any stabilized head / steadicam or other mounting plate onto it using 1/4″ and 3/8″ screws and that makes it universal.
As it slides in directly to BUD-1 (K2.0034180) on your camera and the bottom features the Ronin 2 dovetail, it perfectly substitutes SAM-9 plate, butl also can substitute any of the original SAM-5, SAM-6, SAM-7, SAM-8, and plates in the same time, by screwing any stabilizer/steadicam plate onto it .
Perfectly works with Ronin 2 or Movi Pro plates, Steadicam plates any other stabilized head plates.
The 21.6cm (8.5″) long plate is made from high grade aluminum with 1/4″ and 3/8″ threads with 1″ spacing. Plate weights 235 grams.
