Please read our terms and conditions carefully before placing an order at Cineworker.. These Terms and Conditions are applicable to all the purchases already made or to be made by you on the Cineworker website.
On the executing of a transaction, it is deemed that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.
Delivery
We will make the ultimate effort to make sure the product is dispatched and delivered at the earliest.
However, do let us know if you have not received your purchase within 14 days from purchase.

Payment
Currently we accept payments only through PayPal.
PayPal allows payment through credit cards, bank accounts, buyer credit, or PayPal account balances.
We will only charge you for the product cost and the shipping cost. We will neither charge, nor be responsible for any local sales tax or customs duties on the products that might be levied on international shipments.
Warranty
We take immense pride in our products yet we provide a 1-year warranty on all our products. In case of any faults during the warranty period, we will replace the products at no extra cost.
After the warranty period, we will charge nominal costs for the replacement parts, if at all required. However, shipping charges will be applicable.

Liability
Seller does not assume, and the customer indemnifies Seller against any liability or claims resulting from the use or malfunction of the equipment. Buyer assumes all liability that may arise from use or failure of the equipment.
Malfunctioning Equipment
In the case of malfunctioning Equipment, Seller’s only liability to Buyer is for the Cost of the Equipment Sold. Seller shall not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from malfunctions.
