Shipping Terms
Order and Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed, it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. Orders can take up to 3 business days to be processed and shipped, in extreme situations when we are not able to ship your order in 3 days, you will be contacted by email. Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Where We Ship
We currently ship from Budapest, Hungary to almost any country in the world. We ship with UPS express in Europe and to the US, but also other options are possible options for international shipping if needed.
Shipping Costs
Europe and U.K. – select UPS express EU (2-3 days) – € 30
- UPS Express Saver Shipping: 2 to 3 days transit. Please note that order processing may take up to 3 business days after the order is placed for standard shipping.
- Priority: 1-3 days transit. Please contact us if you need the item as priority, we will try to process it in 1 business day, and send it with the fastest solution. The cost is calculated at the time of shipping.
- Remote address: Sometimes the delivery company charges more than a normal rate if the address is in a remote place( ex. far away from a big city, island…), in this case additional costs will be charged and you will be contacted by email during the order processing.
U.S. and Canada – select UPS express USA (3-5 days) – € 40
- UPS Express Saver Shipping: 3 to 5 days transit. Please note that order processing may take up to 3 business days after the order is placed for standard shipping.
- Priority: 2-5 days transit. Please contact us if you need the item as priority, we will try to process it in 1 business day, and send it with the fastest solution. The cost is calculated at the time of shipping.
- Remote address: Sometimes the delivery company charges more than a normal rate if the address is in a remote place( ex. far away from a big city, island…), in this case additional costs will be charged and you will be contacted by email during the order processing.
Worldwide as a registered letter – select Registered letter by Post (7-20 days) – € 15
- Shipping by Post: The cheapest option to ship is by National Post operator, we can send it as a registered letter so there is a tracking number to follow its way. This usually takes around 7-10days for European Countries, 10-14 days for USA and Canada, 10-20days for other countries worldwide.
- Exception: There are some countries where this option is not possible, but you will be informed about that by email.
Other international location – select Other option
- If you already made an order: During the order processing you will be contacted by email with the costs of shipping to your location and charged by sending you a separate Paypal request.
- If you would like to make an order: Be free to write us to info@cnwrkr.com with your shipping details and ask for a quote.
Taxes
Please make sure that additional customs fees can be applicable in case you order from outside the EU.
Return Policy
Returns on eligible items are accepted within 30 days of order date. Items must be returned in their original packaging. To return an item, please contact us at info@cnwrkr.com.
Late Returns
Any item returned after 40 days from the order date is not eligible for refund.
Receiving a Refund
A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items.
