Installing this kit involves a semi-permanent modification to your Ronin 2, affecting the warranty on your gimbal. Installing this kit requires some soldering practice, so it should be installed by person who is experienced in electronic repairs. (Full tutorial will be provided, but WE DO NOT take any responsibility for the possible damage on your gimbal when it’s installed by yourself or third party).
We also offer a service of installing it if the gimbal is shipped to us (for this, please contact us).
This kit allows you to have the full power of 24V unregulated output on your Ronin 2 gimbal and power the cameras like Arri Alexa 35, Red V-Raptor XL, Arri 435, and Arri 416 using the cables you already have (as it features the same 4+2pin connector as other output connectors on the Ronin 2).
Hot swapping the batteries will work with this kit.
